The WGEA EOCGE citation is a leading recognition program designed to encourage, recognise and promote active commitment to achieving gender equality in Australian workplaces. The criteria for the citation cover leadership, learning and development, gender remuneration gaps, flexible working and other initiatives for improving gender equality outcomes. The criteria are regularly strengthened to reflect best practice, and to meet these standards requires an active and whole-of-organisation approach to support equality at all levels of the workplace.
